"BARI KBK GROUP" Ltd. is founded in year 2000 with main economic activities - production and trade of shoes. The company is specialized in design and production of lady`s shoes (elegant and casual) as priority in production of lady`s shoes with nailed current.
With the project proposal the applicant intends to purchase and put into operation machines in "Tailoring" department (4 macines), in "Sewing" department (7), in "Assembly" department (10) and in "Sole" department (5).
The technical modernization of "Bari KBK group" Ltd. aims optimization and automation of the production process through reducing the manual operations which will reduce the technical mistakes - a precondition for financial losses and production waste. By putting into operation of the new technical equipment the production costs (for electricity, for materials etc.) will be reduced, the quality of the products will be improved, the production waste will be reduced, the technological time for production of a pair of shoes will be decreased, which will increase the production capacity, will reduce the prime cost of a pair of shoes and the end result will be an improved competitiveness of "BARI KBK GROUP" Ltd. On other hand, the introduction of the new equipment will improve the efficiency and efficacy of the resources through reducing of the waste of leather (genuine and synthetic) and of the usage of volatiles (halogen adhesives) and other environmental harmful waste.
Main steps in implementing of the activities for improvement of the production processes, for adding new characteristics or improvement of existing products and services and for introducing in the production process of new technologies for improving the efficiency and efficacy of the resources:

Дейности за внедряване на нови технологии за подобряване на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност в производствения процес: Ръководството на кандидата предвижда самостоятелно да извърши дейностите по проекта. Новото технологично оборудване (4 броя Щанц конзолен, хидравличен за цех "Кроялен", 1 брой Термоподгъваща машина с програмно управление за цех "Шиене", 1 брой Пат автомат с термопластично лепило и пирони, 1 брой Реактиватор за лепило, комбиниран със сушилня за цех "Монтажен") ще подобри ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност в производствения процес чрез намаляване отпадъците от кожа (естествена и изкуствена) и от летливи вещества (халогенови лепила) и други вредни за околната среда и хората отпадъци.
