В стопанството се отглеждат 2,500 дка пипер-открито производство, 0,100 дка череши, 0,300 дка кайсии, 0,100 дка праскови, 10,100 дка сливи, 0,300 дка ябълки, 0,300 дка круши, 0,100 дка други овощни видове, 0,100 дка малини, 0,500 дка лешници, 0,150 дка лозя-десертни. Предвижда се наемане на 3,500 декара земя, създаване на 3,500 декара ябълки, закупуване на метеорологична станция и преминаване на обучение за придобиване на професионални умения и компетенции.
