В стопанството на Дияна Пенчева се отглеждат сливи - общо 15,299 декара, от които 12,299 декара в имот с идентификатор 55662.4.43 и 3 декара в имот с идентификатор 55662.4.44. В проекта се предвижда създаване на допълнителни минимум 4 декара сливи върху свободните към датата на кандидатстване площи.
