Инвестиционното намерение на „Берч“ ЕООД е:
- ИЗГРАЖДАНЕ НА ОПОРНА КОНСТРУКЦИЯ НА ТРАЙНИ НАСАЖДЕНИЯ ДЕСЕРТНИ ЛОЗЯ - С ПЛОЩ 45.63 ДКА;
- ИЗГРАЖДАНЕ НА  ОГРАДА ОТ СТОМАНОБЕТОНОВИ КОЛОВЕ, МЕТАЛНА МРЕЖА И ВРАТИ С ДЪЛЖИНА 1560 Л.М. В ЗЕМЛИЩЕТО НА С. ИСКРА, ОБЩ. ПЪРВОМАЙ, ОБЛ. ПЛОВДИВ.
След изграждането на опорната конструкция и оградата ще бъде направено пълно преструктуриране на използването на наличните и закупени материални мощности в стопанството с цел оптимално използване на материалните ресурси и повишаване на добивите и качеството и от там - повишаване на конкурентоспособността на стопанството чрез въвеждането на нови технологии в производството и модернизация на физическия капитал. 
Обновяването на наличните производствени материални активи ще позволи на дружеството да изпълнявава необходимите дейности при отглеждането на лозовите насаждения.
