Brief description 
Бизнес плана по настоящия проект, има за цел да покаже рентабилността на предприета инвестиция от “Магнум” ЕООД за разширението на дейността на своето предприятие за производството на дърва за огрев, чрез оборудване на допълнителна площадка за производство на дърва за огрев в гр. Троян. Инвестиционните намерения на кандидата са свързани със закупуване на нови модерни машини и съоръжения за производство на дърва за огрев, както и СМР - ремонт на металната конструкция и бетоновата площадка. Подробно описание на активите по настоящия проект се намира в таблица 1 и таблица 2 от бизнес плана. Местоположението на инвестицията по настоящия проект ще е в ПИ № 73198.511.245 в землището на гр. Троян.
