Brief description 
Народно читалище „Съгласие - 2014“ - с. Блъсковци, в своята история развива богата културна дейност.
За съжаление до момента Читалището не разполага със собствени народни носии, ползват се от различни други читалища, на добра воля, което води до редица неудобства и допълнителни разходи, затруднява реализацията на качествени продукции. 
Имайки предвид дейността и нуждите на читалището, желаем да се сдобием със собствени народни носии.
Проектът е за придобиване на активи - Северняшка женска носия, Северняшка мъжка носия и калъфи за фолклорните носии.
