Description

Brief description 
Проекта е съобразен с нормите и правилата за проектиране съгласно законови и под законови нормативни актове и наредби. Общият брой места за настаняване в Старческият дом е 24 човека.
Дългосрочните грижи  трябва  да  бъдат  фокусирани  върху  пациента.  Тъй като  дългосрочните грижи включват социални  услуги  и  медицински  грижи, финансирането и предоставянето им е много фрагменти рано, и това не е  в полза   на   пациента. Понеже основанията за   получаване   на   услуги   не   са определени  по  централизиран  начин  и  с не ясен  фокус  върху  нуждите  на пациентите, взаимното прехвърляне    на    средства е често срещано.
Както и в много други страни, сектора на социалните услуги и здравния сектор нямат формален механизъм за координация на дългосрочните грижи. България  е  определила  по-добрата координация  между  здравните  и социалните  услуги,  като  един  от  своите  приоритети  през  следващите  няколко години.   Това   включва   конкретни   стъпки,   като   например   изграждане   на съоръжения   за   здравни   консултации   в   домовете   за   възрастни   и хора с увреждания.
