За постигане на желаната от фермера визия на стопанството е необходимо овощната градина да бъде увеличе на с още 3,000 дка. Необходимо е да бъде закупена косачка за поддържане на междуредовите разстояния. Важно е да бъдат финансирани разходите за отглеждането на овощната градина до встъпване в период на плододаване.
