Description

Brief description 
Земеделското стопанство на Иван Колев Иванов се развива в растениевъдно направление - сектор „Плодове и зеленчуци” и сектор „Етерично-маслени култури“. Лицето стопанисва 57,291 дка, като доматите- открито производство са 2,500 дка,  а 24,998 са площите с маслодайна роза и 29,793 дка са под угар. Правното основание за ползване е собственост. Кандидатът планира да продължи да се развива в сектор „Етерично-маслени култури“. 
Стопанството е разположено в землищата на с. Розово и гр. Казанлък, община Казанлък. Те не са в планински район и са извън нитратно уязвимите зони. Землищата на град Казанлък и село Розово не попадат в обхвата на защитени територии, но попадат в защитена зона – „Река Тунджа 1“ – ЗЗ по директивата за местообитанията.
