Description

Brief description 
Настоящият проект ще бъде реализиран от ЕТ "ВАЛЕНТИН МИЛКОВ ПЪЧЕВ" е фирма чийто собственик е земеделски производител с над 3 години опит,  регистриран в Общинска служба „Земеделие” – гр. Кирково, обл. Кърджали и чрез Еднолиия си търговец (ЕТ) е преработвател с над 75% собствена суровина и регистриран съгласно Закона за храните с рег.N 19-001/04.01.21 в съответствие с чл. 1, т. 2 от Наредба № 26 от 14.10.2010 г. за специфичните изисквания за директни доставки на малки количества суровини и храни от животински произход.
Кандидатът развива основната си дейност в областта на животновъдството – крави млечно направление. За целта на проекта, ЕТ "ВАЛЕНТИН МИЛКОВ ПЪЧЕВ" е насочил инвестицията към модернизация чрез автоматизация на оборудване и процеси в преработката на мляко, необходими за оптимално функицониране на конкурентоспособността на мандрата и  подобряване на качеството и безопасността на храните и тяхната проследяемост.
