Description

Brief description 
Закупуване и инсталиране на съоръжения - ръкавни филтри за пречистване на димни газове от котли TDC-F, работещи с биомаса, в Спиртна фабрика, с.Катуница, общ. Садово, на ВП БРАНДС ИНТЕРНЕШЪНЪЛ АД, по процедура BG06RDNP001-4.018 -"Целеви прием за инвестиции и дейности, осигуряващи опазване на компонентите на околната среда, включително ВЕИ“". Ръкавните филтри и софтуера за управлението им са необходими за осигуряване на съответствие с:  ВП БРАНДС ИНТЕРНЕШЪНЪЛ следва да изпълни посочения по-горе проект, за да осигури съответствие с промени в НАРЕДБА за ограничаване на емисиите на определени замърсители, изпускани в атмосферата от средни горивни инсталации, приета с ПМС № 150 от 24.07.2018 г., обн., ДВ, бр. 63 от 31.07.2018 г., в сила от 31.07.2018 г., изм., бр. 47 от 14.06.2019 г., в сила от 14.06.2019 г., в сила от 2025 г. Считано от 2025 г. се прилагат по-ниски норми за допустими емисии, както следва:
