Деница Петрова Димитрова е регистрирана като земеделски стопанин, физическо лице на 02.05.2018г. по реда на Наредба №3 от 1999 г. с домати- открито производство, находящи се в землището на с. Скутаре, общ. Марица, обл. Пловдив. Стопанисва 25,000 дка земеделска земя, като общата площ на доматите е 19,000 дка, а останалите 6,000 дка са под угар. За земеделската земя, върху която отглежда основните култури, има сключен договор за наем, сключен за срок от 5 /пет/ стопански години, считано от датата на подписването му, заедно с актуална скица на имота.
