Към датата на кандидатстване, Атанас Николаев Топчиев развива дейността си в сектор "Плодове и зеленчуци". Отглежда 1,904 декара краставици оранжерийни и 0,544 декара домати оранжерийни. Планира да развие стопанството си в цитираният сектор. Увеличава площите на 2,704 декара краставици оранжерийни и 0,544 декара домати оранжерийни. Принос за устойчиво и цифрово икономическо възстановяване -Закупуване на метеорологична станция за нуждите на стопанството.
