Brief description 
Към настоящия момент кандидатът стопанисва 31,503 дка под наем от които 30,700 дка са обработваеми. Развива дейност в сектор растениевъдство. Отглежда 30,700 дка костилкови овощни видове - череши. Културата се отглежда по конвенционален начин и  се поддържат в  много добро състояние. Провеждат се необходимите агротехнически и растително защитни мероприятия. Кандидатът не разполага със собствена техника, сгради и транспорни средства. Няма назначен производствен персонал. Стопанството се ръководи и управлява от самия кандидат.
