Земеделското стопанство на Сиана Алейдин Неби се развива в растениевъдно направление - сектор „Плодове и зеленчуци”. Лицето стопанисва 16,946 дка, заети с 15,946 дка костилкови овощни видове - череши и 1,000 дка костилкови овощни видове - сливи. Правното основание за ползване е аренда. Кандидатът планира да продължи да се развива в същото направление. Стопанството е разположено в землищата на село град Крън, и селата Енина и Долно изворово, община Казанлък. То е в планински район, но не е в обхвата на нитратно уязвимите зони.
