Description

Brief description 
Настоящият проект на „ЕКОПЛОД МИЛЕВО“ ООД включва  инвестиция в изграждане на СКЛАДОВА БАЗА ЗА ЗЕМЕДЕЛСКА ПРОДУКЦИЯ, ПРЕРАБОТКА И КОНСЕРВИРАНЕ НА ЗЕЛЕНЧУЦИ И ТЪРГОВСКА ДЕЙНОСТ в УПИ I-048 скл. база за земеделска продукция и търговска дейност в кв.18а по плана на с.Милево, общ. Садово, обл. Пловдив. Дружеството е дългогодишен земеделски производител който е познат на българския пазар, като партньор на големите български вериги и стопанисва 15,1568 ха. зеленчукови култури в землището на с. Милево и общ. Садово, обл. Пловдив. Към момента „ЕКОПЛОД МИЛЕВО“ ООД обработва основно открити площи, прозведената продукция е реализирана на местния пазар основно като свежа и една малка част преработена. С настоящото инвестиционно намерение дружеството ще инвестира в преработката на произвежданата собствена продукция, с което ще разшири пазарния дял на дружеството. 
Необходимата инвестиция за реализация на настоящия проект е в размер на 2 441 326.05 лева без ДДС. Тя включва изграждането на предпиятието по части, както следва:
1.	СМР оранжерии Част: Архитектура
2.	СМР оранжерии Част: Конструкция
3.	СМР оранжерии Част: Електро
4.	СМР – ВиК
5.	СМР – ОВиК
6.	СМР- Вертикална планировка
7.	СМР - Ограда
8.	Съоръжения - хладилно оборудване.
