Мандрата предвижда модернизиране на производство на млечни продукти с цел оптимизация. Наличното оборудване и съоръжения са морално остарели, технически се нуждаят от чести ремонти и оскъпяват себестойността на продукцията,предвид големите разходни норми на електроенергия.
