ЕТ  „ЕТ Ем Би Чикън - Емре Узунов” в ролята си на кандидат – бенефициент, напълно отговаря на изискванията за кандидатстване от Наредба № 9 от 21.03.2015 година за прилагане на подмярка 4.1 „Инвестиции в земеделски стопанства” от мярка 4 „Инвестиции в материални активи“ от Програмата за развитие на селските райони за периода 2014 – 2020 г.:
• Съгласно наредба № 3 от 29.01. 1999 година за създаване и поддържане на регистър на земеделските производители, Кандидатът е регистриран като земеделски производител със седалище и адрес на управление към момента – град Ветово , община Ветово,  показано чрез регистрационна карта;
