Земеделското стопанство се развива в растениевъдно направление - сектор „Етерично-маслени култури”. Дружеството стопанисва 31,801 дка, заети с лавандула. Правното основание за ползване е наем. Кандидатът планира да продължи да се развива в същото направление, като наеме още 9,000 дка лавандула. 
Стопанството е разположено в землището на село Зетьово, община Чирпан. То не попада в планински район и е извън нитратно уязвимите зони.
