Кандидата започва своята земеделска дейност след сключване на договор за наем на земеделска земя за срок от 10 г. Имота е с НТП овощна градина, като ще бъде презасадена с нови дървета - слива, поради това, че съществуващитъе дървета са стари и в лошо състояние.
