Земеделското стопанство на Георги Димитров Ланджев се развива в растениевъдно направление - сектор „Плодове и зеленчуци”. Лицето стопанисва 21,162 дка, заети с 16,000 дка костилкови овощни видове - сливи и 4,264 дка семкови овощни видове - ябълки, в намерение за засаждане през текущата стопанска година 2022/2023г., и 0,898 под угар. Правното основание за ползване е аренда. Кандидатът планира да продължи да се развива в същото направление. Стопанството е разположено в землищата на село Средногорово и град Казанлък, община Казанлък. То е в планински район, но не е в обхвата на нитратно уязвимите зони.
