Nikoleta Vasileva's farm is located on the land of the town of Koprivshtitsa, municipality of Koprivshtitsa, region Sofia. It falls within the scope of mountainous areas, according to the Ordinance for determining the criteria for less-favored areas and their territorial scope. In the current 2021/2022 marketing year, 22,000 decares of potatoes will be sown, which will be grown by conventional technology and 1,000 decares of natural meadows will be managed. The total initial economic size of the holding amounts to EUR 8118.29 SDR. The crops will be grown on three properties, for two of which the applicant has a lease agreement dated 08.02.2022 with a term of seven business years, and for one of them there is a lease agreement dated 22.02.2022 with a term of six years. During the implementation of the project, agricultural machinery will be purchased. The project envisages the planting of 10,000 decares of perennial apple orchards.
