Tsenka Tsoneva is a farmer registered under Ordinance № 3/1999 in his capacity as a natural person on 27.01.2022. The farmer carries out his agricultural activity on the land of the village of Batoshevo, Sevlievo Municipality, Gabrovo District. During the current marketing year the following agricultural crops are grown on the farm: 2,000 decares of potatoes; 5,000 decares of apples; 2,999 decares of pears. The economic size of the farm is 6821.92 euros SPO. Three properties for rent are managed. The farm does not fall within the scope of Natura 2000 and does not fall within the established sanitary protection zones. The farm is not located in a nitrate vulnerable zone, as it is located on the territory of Sevlievo Municipality over 300 meters above sea level. The farm is on the list of designated disadvantaged mountain areas. The properties that are managed do not fall within the boundaries of a protected area within the meaning of the Protected Areas Act and within the boundaries of protected areas within the meaning of the Biodiversity Act. Some of the terrains of the used agricultural areas are sloping. Access to all properties is not difficult. All crops are grown conventionally. The farmer does not have a contract for control and certification of organic production. The applicant has not submitted Applications for support under direct payment schemes and measures. The farmer organizes and manages his activity himself. There are no production staff on the farm. At present, no accounting is kept. The farm does not have its own agricultural machinery. If necessary, use external services. Plant protection products and fertilizers are not stored on the farm. There is no diary of chemical treatments and fertilizers, soil improvers and biologically active substances. There is currently no risk assessment.
