The project proposal of the candidate Anvi - 92 OOD entitled "Development of bakery production through investments in modern equipment" aims to contribute to the development of non-agricultural activities in the Chirpan region, with the potential for sustainable development, and in particular bakery production, which is related to the creation of employment outside the agricultural sector, through investments in modern equipment.
The main activity of the project consists in the delivery of Sieve - aerator for flour - 1 pc.; Dough dividing machine - 1 pc.; Dough rolling machine - 1 pc.; Dough forming machine - 1 pc.; Proofer for intermediate fermentation - 1 pc.; Automatic bread slicer - 1 pc., within 24 months. The project budget is BGN 57900.
The grant is in the amount of 75%, and the remaining 25% is the applicant's own contribution.
As a result of the implementation of this activity and the investments made, the purpose of the project will be fulfilled - one new workplace for a baker will be opened, the competitiveness of the company will increase by increasing the amount of bread and bakery products produced, and accordingly - increasing turnover, reducing energy consumption through the use of energy efficient machines and increasing work efficiency.
The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the goals set in the Strategy for community-led local development of the Chirpan MIG Association to promote investment activity, creating employment and prerequisites for sustainable development in the non-agricultural sectors in the Chirpan region, and this will contributed to the fulfillment of the objectives for the development of the competitiveness of rural areas and to the acceleration of the diversification of non-agricultural activities set out in the Program for the Development of Rural Areas 2014-2020.

Закупуване на оборудване за производство на хляб и хлебни изделия: Фирмата разполага с пещ - тунелна за изпичане на хляб, тестомесачка, сито за брашно, окръглител, междинен пруфер за довтасване, франзелмашина, резачка, като всички машини са „втора употреба“ и са физически и морално остарели. Друг проблем е тяхното голямо енергопотребление, което се отразява на крайния финансов резултат за фирмата. Тъй като стремежът е крайната цена на хляба и хлебните изделия да не се различават от тези на конкурентите, т.е. да се предлага високо качество на приемливи за клиентите цени, всеки допълнителен разход рефлектира върху себестойността и печалбата за фирмата. Това поражда необходимост от закупуване на нови машини, които са с по-голяма производителсто и с по-малък разход на ел.енергия, което да се отрази благоприятно върху крайната печалба за фирмата.
Предвижда се да бъдат закупени следните машини:
1. Сито – аератор за брашно (с вместимост до 50 кг) – 1 бр.
2. Тестоделителна машина (за късове с грамаж от 200 до 900 г) – 1 бр.
3. Тестоокръглителна машина (за късове с грамаж от 300 до 1000 г) – 1 бр.
4. Тестооформителна машина (за късове с грамаж от 200 до 1000 г) – 1 бр.
5. Пруфер за междинна ферментация – 1 бр.
6. Автоматична хлеборезачна машина (за дължина на хляба до 35 см) – 1 бр.
Преди подаването на проекта за изготвени запитвания до три фирми-доставчици на оборудване за хранително-вкусовата промишленост. Получени са оферти от ЕТ НЕЖО-БГ-ГЮНАЙ МЕХМЕД, КИКО - 7909 ЕООД и ЕН БИ ЕФ ООД.
Въз основа на избрания критерий „най-ниска цена“, получените оферти са оценени и класирани. С най-ниска предложена крайна цена е офертата на ЕТ НЕЖО-БГ-ГЮНАЙ МЕХМЕД - 57900 лв. без ДДС. С решение на управителя, тази цена е определена и заложена в бюджета на проектното предложение.
Реализацията на инвестиционната програма ще създаде условия за разкриване на допълнително работно място за хлебар.
