The project proposal envisages the realization of investments in the field of energy efficiency.
The project envisages interventions in kindergartens, municipally owned, covering the following two buildings.
- The building of the DG "Fairytale Heroes" in the town of Septemvri was initially put into operation in 1978. The building consists of two above-ground floors in which the garden groups, the administration, the kitchen and the boiler room are located.
The construction of the building is monolithic, with walls of reinforced concrete panels with thermal insulation of 8 cm EPS. The floor of the building is above an earth embankment. The roof is flat without an air gap with 8 cm thick XPS thermal insulation laid.
In the kindergarten during the academic year 2022/2023, there are 153 students in five age groups. Kindergarten attendance is mandatory from September 15 to June 30, and in the remaining summer months, collective groups are held.
- The building of the DG "Fairy Magic" in Septemvri was initially put into operation in 1978. The building consists of a basement and two above-ground floors.
The construction of the building is monolithic, with reinforced concrete walls. Thermal insulation of 6 cm EPS is laid on the walls. The floor of the building is above a heated basement. The roof is pitched with an air gap with thermal insulation of 5 cm thick mineral wool.
In the kindergarten during the academic year 2022/2023, there are 126 students in five age groups. Kindergarten attendance is mandatory from September 15 to June 30, and in the remaining summer months, collective groups are held.
The activities of the project envisage the modernization of the heating system and the construction of a photovoltaic installation for own consumption.
The project is not characterized by revenue generation and, respectively, by making a profit from its implementation. The aim of the project is to improve the living environment on the territory of the municipality.
