The project is developed for application under sub-measure 4.1.2 "Investments in agricultural holdings under the Thematic sub-program for development of small farms" of measure 4 "Investments in tangible assets" of the Rural Development Program for the period 2014 - 2020. The investment is related with the purchase and commissioning of new agricultural machinery - a tractor. The current activity of the candidate consists in the breeding of 56 goats, including 44 goats. goats - mothers and 12 pcs. goats - others, and 2,977 decares of perennial plantations of plums by conventional method. The total value of the investment is lower than BGN 30,000 without VAT, due to which the beneficiary will not conduct a procedure for selection of a contractor under CMD № 160 from 01.07.2016, after concluding the administrative contract. As the cost applied for funding as of the date of submission of the project proposal is included in the list of names of assets, activities and services for which reference costs will be applied, the applicant submits an independent offer and contract for purchase - sale / delivery / of the asset. - object of investment. The purchase of new agricultural machinery will lead to the timely implementation of agro-technical measures in the optimal time for cultivated crops, quality soil preparation in compliance with the individual technological units of crop technology and is a prerequisite for obtaining quality products, significantly increasing yields and market positions.
