The investment in the current project proposal is the purchase of a tractor with a power of about 30-40 hp, with a cab, 4x4 drive. The value of the investment is BGN 41,084.00 without VAT and BGN 49,300.00 with VAT, respectively. As the applicant is not registered for VAT, the amount of the investment for which he applies is the price with VAT or BGN 49,300.00. The expected financial assistance amounts to 80% of the value of the investment / BGN 39,116.00 /, as the project will be implemented. in the scope of an area with natural constraints and investments entirely related to the commitments fulfilled by the applicant under measure 11 "Organic farming". The agricultural machinery / tractor /, subject of the planned investment, is in accordance with the agricultural activity of the farm. With the implementation of the project the applicant is expected to:
- is equipped and modernized with equipment necessary for the farm;
- reduce the costs of external services - the farm currently uses external mechanized services, which leads to high costs and often problems with the untimely implementation of the necessary agro-technical measures;
- improve working conditions - by purchasing the planned equipment manual labor will be reduced and part of the operations for growing perennials will be mechanized;
- increase the efficiency of the farm - the use of the equipment planned for purchase will reduce the time needed to carry out the necessary agro-technical measures for growing perennials, will limit production losses.
