Brief description 
Настоящият проект е свързн с предоставянето на техническа помощ за изпълнение на инвестиция C4.I1, подмярка подмярка 2 "Обновяване на нежилищни сгради, включително обществени сгради" и подмярка 3 "Обновяване на нежилищни сгради в производството, търговията и услугите, както и на сгради от туристическия сектор" от НПВУ. С него ще бъдат финансирани разходите на СНД свързани с управлението и изпълнението на инвестицията
