Brief description 
Целта на проекта е да подкрепи продължаването на реформата на системата на социалните услуги, в т.ч. за дългосрочна грижа, чрез финансиране на изграждането и оборудването на нови социални и интегрирани здравно-социални услуги за резидентна грижа (СУРГ) и съпътстващи специализирани и консултативни социални услуги за лица с увреждания (СКСУЛУ) и на реформирането на съществуващите домове за стари хора. От друга страна чрез финансиране на дейности за енергийна ефективност, саниране и обновяване на оборудване и обзавеждане в съществуващи социални услуги в общността, делегирани от държавата дейности, както и изпълнение на противоепидемични мерки се цели повишаване на качеството на предоставяните социални услуги на потребителите.

  • Activity: Продължаваща подкрепа за деинституционализация на грижата за възрастните хора и хората с увреждания: В рамките на Дейност № 1 „Продължаваща подкрепа за деинституционализация на грижата за възрастните хора и хората с увреждания“ ще се реализират 2 поддейности: Пoддейност 1.1 - Изграждане и оборудване на нови социални и интегрирани здравно-социални услуги за резидентна грижа и съпътстващи специализирани и консултативни социални услуги за лица с увреждания Поддейност 1.2 - Извършване на строителни дейности и доставка на оборудване и обзавеждане с оглед реформиране на съществуващите домове за стари хора, Contracted Amount: 706 999 999.99 , Reported Amount: 20 230 094.61
  • Activity: Повишаване на енергийната ефективност на социалната инфраструктура за предоставяне на социални услуги, делегирана от държавата дейност: В рамките на Дейност 2 ще се реализират дейности в 70% от приблизително общо 1200 съществуващи социални услуги за около 25 000 потребители.
