Проектното предложение на кандидата е насочено към компенсации за допълнителните разходи, които са понесени от дружеството в двете преработвателни предприятия в гр. Сливен- № BG2013003 в Промишлена зона, кв.10-Б и  № BG2013005 на Промишлена зона- запад, поради сътресението на пазара, в следствие на агресивната война на Русия срещу Украйна.
