Предоставяне на безвъзмездната финансова помощ на стопанството за аквакултури на "Карп БГ" ЕООД, в с. Гняздово, общ. Кърджали, за допълнителните разходи, които е понесло през 2023 г., поради сътресението на пазара, причинено от агресивната война на Русия срещу Украйна.
