Компенсиране на собственици на предприятия за преработка на продукти от риболов и аквакултури предоставено за временно спиране или за намаляване на преработката на продукти от риболов и аквакултури и продажбите, или за допълнителни разходи за съхранение, настъпили между 24 февруари 2022 г. и 31 декември 2022 г. вследствие на агресивната война на Русия срещу Украйна.
