Осигуряване на компенсации на стопанствата, заети с производство на аквакултури за допълнителните разходи, които са понесли поради сътресението на пазара, причинено от агресивната война на Русия срещу Украйна и последиците от тази агресия върху веригата на доставки на продукти от риболов и аквакултури.
