Механизмът включва издаване на гаранции в полза на кредиторите и лизингови компании за частично покриване на кредитния риск по портфейл от нови допустими трансакции отпуснати на българските малки и средни предприятия, включени в гарантирания портфейл по време на предварително определен период на включване.
