Description

Brief description 
Предмет на настоящия проект е закупуването на ново технологично оборудване , което ще се монтира в съществуващото млекопреработвателното предприятие на ДЕСТАН ЕООД в с.Искра , общ.Ситово,обл.Силистра/селски район/. Технологичното оборудване ще повиши капацитета на преработваното мляко до 20 000 литра дневно. С това ще се повиши и количеството на  произведената продукция в предприятието. Основната продукция която се произвежда е краве сирене и кашкавал, но в предприятието се произвежда овче и козе сирене. Поради повишаване на капацитета на млекопреработвателното предприятие в с.Искра , общ.Ситово,обл.Силистра ще се изгражда и нова локална пречиствателна станция за отпадни води.
Проектът предвижда закупуването на следните машини и СМР на ЛПСОВ:
1.Полуавтоматичен пластинчат пастьоризатор П=5000 л/ч. Темпертурен режим (4-50-70-90 - 90/30 °C).
2.Автоматичен самоочистващ сепаратор за почистване и отсметаняване на млякото. Производителност 5000 л/ч.
3.Строително монтажни работи свързани с изграждането на Локална пречиствателна станция за отпадни води с капацитет 40м3.
