Description

Brief description 
Финансовият инструмент по ПО 1 „Води“ на ОПОС 2014-2020 е насочен за осигуряване на съ-финансиране на допустими за финансиране дейности по ПО1, предвидени да бъдат финансирани основно посредством безвъзмездна финансова помощ по програмата, като обаче се изисква бенефициентите да осигурят финансиране за част от допустимите инвестиционни разходи, както и за недопустимите такива. ФИ може да подпомага крайните получатели при осигуряването на финансиране за разходи, допустими за подкрепа чрез финансови инструменти по ОПОС 2014-2020 г., чрез заеми или гаранции при условията на чл. 37, пар. 7-9 от Регламент 1303/2013 г. и при спазване на Насоките на ЕК относно комбиниране на подкрепа , както и в съответствие с правилата за държавни помощи.
В допълнение, в Инвестиционната стратегия за финансови инструменти по ПО1 „Води“ са посочени примерни мерки, които могат да бъдат финансирани чрез ФИ, като проект/част от проект, насочен към постигане на пълно съответствие с изискванията на европейското и национално законодателство в областта на питейните и отпадъчните води.
