Brief description 
Реформата ще допринесе за ефективното координиране на действията на всички етапи от научните изследвания и иновациите и за увеличаване на иновациите в България. Това ще се постигне чрез създаването на среда за научни изследвания и иновации, която да осигурява тесни връзки между академичните среди и деловата сфера. 

Реформата ще включва следните елементи:
 
o	Влизане в сила на Закона за научните изследвания и иновациите и свързаните с него законодателни актове

o	Създаване на Съвет по иновации

Изпълнението на реформата ще приключи до 30 юни 2025 г.
