The project proposal is aimed at building a new autonomous photovoltaic power plant for own needs with an installed capacity of 15kWp, equipped with batteries for storing electrical energy. The project proposal is accompanied by an analysis by a legally competent person in order to prove that the energy produced will be used for own consumption. The analysis is based on information about the amount of energy consumed in the applicant's farm for a period of one year ago and justifies the net maximum power of the solar system.
The applicant is not an undertaking in difficulty, given the terms of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market pursuant to Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L 187 from 26.6.2014).
The applicant did not receive support under the Rural Development Program for the period 2014-2020 for similar investments to those included in the current project, but on the contrary, through the implementation of an autonomous photovoltaic power plant, complementarity of the support received under previous project grants will be achieved , with the aim of ecological and technological modernization of the farm.
Given the above, the FDI is in accordance with the requirements of the procedure under the Fund for the Promotion of Technological and Environmental Modernization.
