Description

Brief description 
Площадите в град Тервел представляват пешеходни зони, които надграждат уличната мрежа, като осигуряват пешеходен достъп до обществени сгради и търговски обекти.Площадите в гр.Тервел са три , ситуирани на три нива.Площад "Старият дъб" е разположен на Ниво 1.Настилката е положена в периода 1982-1983 г. и е от бетонови армирани плочи.В резултат на продължителната експлоатация и зимното механизирано почистване (необходимостта от такова се обуславя от голямата площ на зоните), настилката е деформирана и обрушена.Ясно изразена е нуждата от основен ремонт.Комуникациите под площадната зона са в завършен вид и са изправни.
Реализирането на настоящето проектно предложение е насочено към подобряване на облика на населеното място посредством основен ремонт на настилката на обособен обект (зона за отдих) от площад „Старият дъб“.Старите бетонови плочи ще бъдат подменени с вибропресовани бетонови павета.Преди полагането на новата настилка ще се демонтират съществуващите плочи и основата под тях и ще се направи нова основа от трошен камък, бетон и пясъчна подложка.Ще се облицоват с естествен камък (гнайс) подпорни стени.
