The present project is compiled upon accomplished analysis of the main necessities of the activities in “Donido machine industry” AD. The necessities that will be fulfilled with the realization of the project are: Decrease in the production cost; Optimization of the production processes; Modernization of the production equipment involved in the production processes; Increase in the production capacity matching the market demands.
With the implementation of the project the company will fulfill the following targets: 
General target: Increase in the competitiveness of “Donido machine industry” AD by increase in the production capacity. 
Specific targets: Increase in the production capacity; Increase in the export potential of the company; Increase in the productivity.
Expected results from achieving the set targets are: Effective internal norm of return on investment; Increase in productivity; Improvement on the market share of the company by increase in the average generated export income; Optimization of the production chain.
For the implementation of the project is planned accomplishing of activity: Improvement of the production processes.
The activity will be fulfilled by investment in long term tangible assets and purchase of one cutting and flanging machine, one tube bending machine, one universal milling machine.
For the implementation of the activities of the project a team will be set up that will organize and control the processes of its fulfillment. There will be a procedure for selection of supplier that will deliver, install and train personnel to operate with the purchased equipment. An expert accountant will perform an audit for the activities fulfilled.
