Candidate for this project proposal is “LUKRIM GARD” Ltd. (shortly LUKRIM GARD). The company is a medium-sized enterprise specialized in the field of civil and corporate security, having a code of economic activity 8010 and possessing the necessary active licenses for performing private security activities. LUKRIM GARD has experience in implementing projects funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds, incl. under the Operational Program "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013. The Applicant and its owner and manager have experience in the implementation of professional training activities, i.e. of activities such as those included in the project proposal.
The purpose of the project is to organize and conduct training to enhance the professional qualification for LUKRIM GARD employees. It is esteemed that 160 persons employed in the company will be included in training in subject 8610103 "Onsite manned guarding" from the list of professions for professional education and training at NAVET. Significantly over 50% of the trained employees will be with an education no higher than secondary education or over 54 years.
As a result of the training, the skills of the employees will be improved with respect to the current needs of the business, will increase the productivity and the quality of their work and will create conditions for more sustainable employment, for better jobs and to obtain higher incomes. The image and competitiveness of LUKRIM GARD will also be enhanced as a company with highly qualified specialists and offering on this basis many quality professional security services.

Предоставяне на професионално обучение за придобиване или повишаване на професионалната квалификация на заетите лица в „ЛЮКРИМ ГАРД“ ООД: Дейността предвижда организирането и провеждането на професионално обучение за придобиване или повишаване на професионалната квалификация от трета степен по специалност 8610103 „Физическа охрана на обекти”.
Ще бъдат обучени 160 заети лица в „ЛЮКРИМ ГАРД“ ООД.
Обученията ще са с минимална продължителност от 960 часа, включително 380 часа теория и 580 часа практика. На завършилите обучението ще бъде издадено Свидетелство на професионална квалификация.
Изборът на професионално обучение по специалност 8610103 "Физическа охрана на обекти" е продиктувано директно от изискванията към основните работни места на заетите в предприятието на кандидата лица и от предмета на дейност на кандидата - частна охранителна дейност. Мнозинството от заетите лица в ЛЮКРИМ ГАРД са със средно образование. Освен това основната част от заетите лица са на възраст над 54 години. Предвидената дейност за организиране и провеждане на професионално обучение ще осигури повишаване на квалификацията на тези лица и ще ги направи по-конкурентни на бързо променящия се пазар на труда на охранителите, ще допринесе за устойчивостта на работните им места в предприятието и ще им даде възможност за заемане на по-качествени и по-доходоносни работни места.
