Description

Mounted sprayer with GPS navigation system with automatic control system, Isobus equipment for sectional control of equipment for spraying preparations in the arable lands with the candidate's crops in order to control weeds and pests. The spraying system aims to control all weeds and pests in arable land with planted crops. The presented mounted sprayer with adjacent modules is for cultivation of the cultivated lands in the amount of 950 decares of land, planted with different crops. The sprayer is one of the most important machines in modern agriculture. From the quality of its work depends from 50 to 70 percent of the amount of harvest. This technique is one of the first to appear in the field at the beginning of the season and works until autumn. The sprayer performs the most important technical operations in a farm - protection of plants from weeds, feeding, pest control. And for a farm, such a machine is simply vital. Without turning the soil layer, weed control is possible only with the help of chemistry. If plant protection products are not applied, up to 70 percent of the crop can be lost, experts warn. Even if the soil is well cultivated, sowing is carried out according to all the rules and a lot of money is invested in mineral fertilizers, however, there may be no harvest if you are attacked by pests or diseases. So there is no doubt that the choice of sprayer should be approached very responsibly.
When it is a legal analysis of a machine supplier, we have taken into account the areas available on the farm, the configuration of the fields and the cultivated crops with the parameters of the machine - tank size, bar width and height (clearance) of the sprayer. Based on these parameters, the type of sprayer that is needed for our farm is determined.
