Within 40 months, the "Future for Children in Georgi Damianovo Municipality" project will have a series of actions to ensure a better living environment and opportunities for social integration and personal development for the youngest residents of the municipality. Continous integration and support activities will be carried out at all citizens from the project target group. A Complex for Social Services for Children will be established in the municipal center, which will provide a variety of integration services in the community. It will be staffed by a team of social worker, a nurse, a psychologist, an educator and a pedagogue, a driver, who will provide services for early childhood development, prevention and support for local children and youth up to high school graduation. Foster care will be organized for children from 0 to 3 years old, which will include a health-consultative and a supportive-training components. The staff of the social services complex will undergo induction and upgrading training, including internship and supervision, visits to a functioning social services center in Montana and mid-term training event. The project will also include the inherent project management and organization activity and such for visibility, transparency and communication.
