Under this financial plan the salaries and the relevant social security contributions will be funded for activities carried out by the Executive Director and the staff of the specialized administration, which are referred to ESCF. When implementing the financial plan, EU horizontal principles will be respected. The target group consists of employees of the Audit Authority, and funds for remuneration for performance of their functions will be provided through the implementation of the FP.
