The project proposal envisages expansion of the company services offered in the Beauty Salon, built at the company. So far in the field of Hairdressing and beauty services, the company offers manicures, pedicures and nail art. The upgrade of the services will include body procedures and laser hair removal.
In its field, the company has experience in offering personal services - both for men and women. The project proposal expects the established image and experience to be used by offering new, additional company services providing body care.
The project will purchase a new laser hair removal machine. With it there will be an opportunity to offer new skin treatments. Laser hair removal is a more attractive method because it is associated with less discomfort and unwanted side effects for the client. In addition, laser hair removal poses far fewer risks to the skin than other hair removal methods, which makes it a clear favorite in skin care.
The combination of the new and the services offered so far will allow to increase the number of clients, the amount of revenues and to compete with the competitors. In addition, the number of employees in the beauty salon will be preserved.
The results of the project include:
- Delivered and installed equipment
- Implementation of the planned parameters for business development
- Increasing the number of customers served and services provided;
After the completion of the project, the business services provided by the company will be self-financed by reinvesting part of the revenues, and if necessary with other own participation of the applicant. This is enshrined in the company's business goals and business plan. This is possible due to the initial impetus that the company has received with its participation in the project and its increased image from its successful implementation.
