Brief description 
Проектът е насочен към подобряване на административния капацитет на община Самоков в областта на енергийната ефективност чрез участие на служителите на администрацията, ангажирани с подготовка и управление на проекти в тази сфера по прoцедура BG16RFOP001-2.001 "Енергийна ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони" по ОПРР 2014-2020, в семинари, обмяна на опит и добри практики с други държави, обучения и семинари.
