Description

Brief description 
Проектът е свързан със създаване на ново предприятие за производство на тахан и кореспондира с възможността за развитие на преработвателната промишленост на територията на МИГ – Харманли. Той цели повишаване на конкурентоспособността в сектора на местното таханопроизводство, чрез модернизиране на процеса на преработка, разнообразяване на продукцията, създаване на къси вериги за доставка, повишаване на качеството на продукта и утвърждаването му като здравословна и пълноценна храна.
Чрез осъществяване на проекта ще се задоволи потребността на местните земеделски стопани за по- лесно и удовлетворяващо ги реализиране на собствената им продукция, както и ще се подобри сътрудничеството с тях.
