Предмет на инвестиционното намерение е изграждане нa цех за производство на тестени закуски в землището на село Бял извор, община Ардино. Предвижда се изграждане на двуетажна сграда с масивна стоманобетонна конструкция за първия етаж и дървена конструкция за втория етаж.
