Description

BTB STROY Ltd. started its activity in 2015, opening a shop for construction materials in the village of Petarch. The coomersial site of BTB STROY Ltd. serves not only clients located on the territory of the village of Petarch, where it is situated, but also most of the settlements near the village. In the village itself there are two separate industrial zones, which constantly use the store as the main supplier of construction materials. In addition, in the vicinity of large logistics and construction companies such as ESITRANSPORT AD, EUROSPEED LTD, BUILDING REMONT STORY LTD and others. are distinguished as large customers of the company. Last but not least is the fact that competing stores can be found only in the town of Kostinbrod and Slivnitsa. For this reason, the company's retail outlet manages to meet the needs not only of its corporate clients, but also of private consumers in the area. The store has a wide range of construction products and manages to satisfy the needs of most of its customers. In order to be able to maintain this high standard and to cover the wishes and needs of its clients, BTB STROY Ltd. realizes the need to diversify and increase its product portfolio. Hence the need for larger storage spaces, which are the subject of this project proposal.
