Rural Development Program 2014-2020 and in particular sub-measure 4.1 "Investments in agricultural holdings" through the LLP of Pavlikeni-Polski Trambesh LAG and procedure in UMIS 2020 No BG06RDNP001-19.212 enables farmers from the territory of the municipalities Pavlikeni and Polski Trambesh to apply with a project proposal with the aim of improving production assets, improving working conditions and quality of agricultural production, which will lead to increased competitiveness in the sector .
The development of the current investment project of the candidate-ET "Milcho Kirov" from the village of Karaisen and its implementation aims at introducing into the farm a system for increasing the agricultural productivity, production volume and more efficient use of resources in the on-farm farm in a rural area. Shortening agrotechnical timelines for different types of farm activities will lead to competitive and sustainable agriculture, which "achieves more with less" in harmony with the environment. This will help build a competitive primary sector that guarantees food supply, product diversification and global production, the long-term supply of different raw materials for food and other uses, and a better distribution of value added across the food chain.
